Our Legal Assistants support your firm by:

Scheduling and confirming client medical appointments with treatment providers.

Ensuring clients receive timely appointment reminders, directions, and any preparation instructions needed in advance of their visits.

Tracking client treatment progress in real time, including missed appointments, referrals, and new diagnostic or treatment orders.

Following up with clients after key appointments to gather updates on treatment status, pain levels, and provider recommendations.

Identifying gaps in care or treatment delays and immediately notifying case managers or attorneys for timely intervention.

Coordinating with medical providers to obtain progress reports, evaluations, treatment plans, and recommendations.

Draft and finalize standard documents including letters, authorizations, verifications,
statements, and status updates.

Conduct document integrity checks for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Assisting clients with medical logistics, transportation challenges, and scheduling conflicts to help ensure continuity of care.
