ABOUT THE SERVICE
Our Medical Records Clerks specialize in the retrieval, organization, and validation of hospital and
clinical records for legal cases. They ensure complete traceability and rapid turnaround on all medical
documentation, supporting attorneys and case managers in building strong, well-organized case files.ensuring consistent communication throughout the legal and medical process.
CORE RESPONSABILITIES
Submit medical record and billing requests following proper authorization and provider-specific requirements.
Receive, review, and classify medical documentation including progress notes, imaging, labs, consult reports, discharge summaries, and signed consents.
Scan, organize, and digitally index records using standardized naming conventions (PDF/A, OCR, chronological order, provider category).
Provide case-status updates on appointments, document submissions, medical records, and insurance responses.
Verify document accuracy, ensuring correct dates, signatures, legibility, and page sequence.
Coordinate with medical experts, translators, or diagnostic facilities when needed.
Ensure full compliance with all privacy and data-protection requirements, including HIPAA-equivalent protocols.
