ABOUT THE SERVICE
Our Customer Service team provides bilingual, empathetic support to clients, patients, and referring
partners. We handle inquiries, case updates, and document requests with professionalism and clarity,
ensuring consistent communication throughout the legal and medical process.
CORE RESPONSABILITIES
Assist clients across multiple communication channels including phone, email, SMS, chat, and WhatsApp.
Log all interactions into the case-management or CRM platform with proper categorization.
Identify, screen, and route medical or legal questions to the appropriate team member.
Provide case-status updates on appointments, document submissions, medical records, and insurance responses.
Manage escalations and sensitive concerns, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate follow- up.
Offer clear explanations of procedures, timelines, and documentation requirements.
Conduct satisfaction and experience surveys; prepare weekly feedback summaries.
Assist with logistical coordination such as billing authorizations, payment reminders, and transportation arrangements.
